Did you know that we have the most amazing Facebook group?
It’s true, we have one of the largest (and by far the BEST!) Facebook Groups for math teachers, and there are a lot of good things happening inside it – lots of helpful conversations, resources being shared, funny images, videos, and more. Plus it’s all free!
However, the group is A LOT of work for yours truly (though I have some great help).
But you can help support the group with some simple, no-cost ways.
1. Post Things that Help Other Teachers
If you are aware of great resources for math teachers, please share them. This includes downloads, videos, helpful tips and strategies, as well as good questions and conversation starters.
However, the purpose of this group is not for you to promote your website, YouTube channel, TpT store, etc. Spam is not welcome.
2. Get Two Free Audio Books from Audible
Amazon has the largest collection of audiobooks, and you can get two for free. Plus, doing so helps support the group without costing you anything. You can listen to books from a wide range of genres any time and anywhere. Learn how it works by clicking here.
3. Like and follow Rethink Math Teacher on Facebook
Rethink Math Teacher is the host of the Math Minded Teachers Facebook group. Every day the Facebook page shares interesting math teaching videos, great resources, and funny memes.
More than that, when people see how popular the Facebook page, they’re more likely to want to join our amazing Facebook Group.
4. Listen to the Podcast (and subscribe)
We actually have a Podcast that has just recently begun. Season 1 is dedicated to Learning Stations, and Season 2 will focus on Classroom Management.
5. Promote the Group
Do you know other teachers who would benefit from an amazing Facebook group full of thought-provoking questions and great resources? Then invite them to the group! When you go to the group’s page, you will see the invite button towards the top of the page.
6. Follow the Teachers Pay Teachers Page
I would greatly appreciate if you would follow the TpT page. Plus, there are several free resources on the page that you should check out. Go to the page and click the Follow button at the top.
7. Follow on Pinterest and Instagram
Every day we have meaningful and creative interactions on Pinterest and Instagram. Again, resources are shared to help math teachers with their instruction, differentiation, and classroom management.
If you participate in either of these platforms, please follow.
ONE LAST WAY TO SUPPORT
If you have liked, followed, or subscribed Rethink Math Teacher on any of these platforms, or if you have purchased any of our products on Amazon or elsewhere, would you please consider leaving a positive review.
Thank you!
